Creamy wedding cake

A 12kg butter walnut cake covered in a creamy fondant icing with red roses and connely design in the 2nd tier. I used the vine and floral design on the bottom and third tier to give it a soft contrast. The cake was drape in a vanilla fondant icing from top to bottom. Color coordination was in accordance with the color on the invitation card and detail design of cake was initiated by TJ's mom.

Purple wedding cake

Purple cake for a wedding in May.. Both cakes were for a wedding celebrated on the same day and both couple chose purple as their theme color for their BIG day.

A wedding doll as the topper for the first cake. The cake was covered with fondant icing and lace with connelly design. The bride chose a light purple ribbon which was made from icing with a bow on it. The second ribbon is a satin lavender ribbon.

The view of the overall cake... The cake is also lace with connely design and alternate with white and purple roses. The name of the bride and groom and the date of the wedding day was written on the bottom tier of the cake. It just complete the whole idea of LOVE, FAITH n HOPE which was seal with a vow in a holy matrimony celebration on the 28th May 2011.

Its a 3kg carrot walnut Cheese cake and accompanied with 70pcs of cup cake with the same design. However i forgot to take the photo of the cup cake as i was rushing to finish details on the cake.

Birthday Cake for Lyndiana's 1 year old daughter Lulu. Its a chocolate Moist cake also covered in Fondant Icing and decorated with sugar flowers and animals n bugs..The theme is a garden flower for the birthday girl.

A 3 tier wedding cake for Jimmy's brother in law celebrated on the 2nd May 2011 at KDCA Penampang. Its a butter light fruit cake and decorated with conelli design and sugar maroon rose and a drape flowing down which also made from fondant icing.

I am a year wiser.....

I did a rendition of Fullmoon cake ( 1 month welcoming baby celebration) last week and this weekend it's the adult turn to celebrate. A 2 tier cake for Yatie's grandma who turn 83 on Saturday. Yatie is actually one of my earliest customer and has since becomes my friend. She introduced me to her family and friends and her favorite cake is the Carrot Walnut Cheese. In fact its this flavor that she and her dad chose for her grandmother's cake.

The other cake requested by my sister's best buddy OJ and Ranie. It was a birthday cake for her mom whom turns 56 on Sunday. Her mom is the active member of the Lawn bowl association and an avid player. You guess it right.. OJ wants a lawn ball design and the flavor is butter walnut! It does look simple but i have never seen a real lawn ball before so i google it on the net and copy it as best as i could. I just hope her mom would recognise it as a lawn ball..(sigh..:-))

Earlier this month I bake a cake for Jasmine's 55 years old hubby Ronald. Jasmine is also one of my earliest customer and she has always supported me on my journey as a baker and is now a good friend of mine. Her husband played tennis and so i designed a tennis court with a giant tennis racket as the net. It's a butter walnut with butter frosting.

booby-li-cious cuppies

Interesting piece of works. Divert a bit from my usual requests. I kind of thrilled on this idea it gives me a chance to work on my creativity. A set of birthday cuppies which is price at RM50 inclusive of delivery service. The flavor could be vanilla, buttermilk, chocolate or walnut. Each cup cake will be covered in butter and Fondant icing. Other icing such as Cream cheese would be charge differently. I will also work on a design as requested by customer and it is all for RM50.
