My castle

My first attempt on a castle design. This is for Peyton Louise first birthday. Its a carrot walnut cheese covered in fondant icing. All the princess faces on the "window" is from icing imaging which i bought from the cake supplier shop. The castle design was given by Peyton's mom and i modified it a bit such as the grass, trees and the faces of princess on every "window".

Hush little baby...

Another "Fullmoon" cake this month. A pink cake with baby sleeping soundly and a beep with a name on it. That's right its Eudrey Lana and she is 1 month old. The first daughter and child of Linda. Its a butter walnut cake covered in Pink Fondant and cut of a heart shape as a deco around the cake.

The Cake on display at Yayasan Sabah

Another corporate cake added to my collection and i must say i am very proud creating and baking this cake. All the customer wanted was a clean white fondant covered cake with their Logo on top of the cake and the birthday greeting. Once again my artist's friend assists me in cutting the Logo on a fondant icing and spray it with the corporate color. The size of cake is 20 in 20 in and weigh about 14kg.. The fact that the cake was presented to YAB the Chief Minister of Sabah during his birthday celebration along side with cakes from various organisation makes it more exciting and exhilarating!

Selamat Hari Pertunangan

Perasaan ini pasti teruja dan gembira apabila setiap kali mendapat pesanan menggunakan teknik dekorasi fondant. Ini kerana dengan icing fondant kerja lebih kemas dan sekali gus dapat menghalusi kreativiti melalui kehendak atau permintaan daripada para pelanggan. Walaupun prosedur kerja menggunakan teknik fondant ini amat banyak dan oh sungguh memenatkan tetapi hasilnya U LA LA sungguh menyenangkan. The sexy Leg

I called this the sexy leg cake. Its a birthday cake for a beautiful lady and it is such a pleasure n fun working with her creating something out of the 'normal' requirement. My artist friend help me cut the mould for both body and the Leg. I love the end product and just beaming with delight from ear to ear..:D...Thank you Datin for your support.
